Redskins receiver Josh Doctson gave the fans a back to the future moment when he walked off the practice field. He departed holding left arm close to his body, signaling an arm/shoulder issue. In the 32 possible games to start his career, Doctson has appeared in only 16, basically playing a one full season worth of games. Albeit the injury seems to be an AC joint sprain/shoulder bruise according to NFL insider Ian Rapport. Even Doctson took to twitter give his diagnose on the injury and reassure fans that he is alright.

Although the injury may be minor, his injury history should leave skins nation a tad concerned. His injury history displays a theme, fractured wrist, Achilles tendinitis, hamstring pull, & possible AC joint/sprain. This receiver room is young and underwhelming. There is a physical playmaker out there and he’s waiting for the right opportunity. Of course, I am talking about former Cowboy Dez Bryant. The 29-year-old can give this passing game a boost. Even if Doctson is healthy for the season, a veteran receiver can be quite beneficial. He desires to face his former team, and this would set up two entertaining match ups. Give Dez a call, he is ready and waiting.
