College Football is the clear and only pipeline to the NFL. It is filled with thousands of talented young men that dream of playing at the next level. Only 1.5% of those players become pro football players. Every draft has positions that are deeper than others, some believe this is a quarterback class and others believe it is a running back class. Here is my scouting report!!

Justice Hill, RB, Oklahoma State
Height-Weight: 5’10 190lbs
Film reviewed: Boise State (18), Kansas (18), Baylor (18)
The Good: Justice Hill is a quick, elusive running back that offers big play ability. Hill is a relentless runner and his size does not hamper his desire to keep his legs driving. The former cowboy running back is willing to compete in pass protection. His straight-line speed is a cause for concern if you’re a defender. Hill is an explosive play-maker and is best used in space. Hill is a mismatch for linebackers in open field. Justice does a great job using quick feet & head fakes to elude defenders in open field.
The Bad: Although he competes in pass protection, Hill does not square up his target to deliver a flush strike. He will attempt to cut them or lunge with his shoulder, resulting in missed blocks. Due to his lack of consistent patience, Hill tends to bounce runs to the edge. Hill needs to become a more consistent north & south runner to ensure he doesn’t lose yardage. Slight frame does raise durability questions at the next level.
Conclusion: Justice Hill was one of the best all around backs in the BIG 12. His talents are best suited as a change of pace back paired with a bigger more physical back. Hill’s skillset comes in the mold of James White & Damien Williams. He’ll earn himself a roster spot and remain ready to make an impact.
