Bray Wyatt to Pave the Way for Brighter WWE Future

Encyclopedia Britannica will thoroughly explain how buzzards and hawks are closely related. While the buzzard preys upon mostly insects and small mammals, they occasionally attack other birds. This is where the average buzzard becomes a dangerous predator. More importantly, this is the attack pattern of the WWE’s own resident buzzard, Bray Wyatt.

Ever since his humble televised beginnings on NXT, Wyatt has systematically preyed upon his competition both mentally and physically.  His meteoric rise to super stardom within the WWE has only complemented his hypnotic presence, while leaving at least one writer suggesting that we are witnessing the incarnate “Messiah” of character development.

If we take a look back over the past 10 years of WWE and professional wrestling’s overall history, we are forced to discover the apparent lack of complex character development.  One might argue that all of the “good gimmicks” have been taken. On the contrary, it would appear that every gimmick that has worked has been shamelessly recycled.  Consider the embarrassing similarities between WWE superstar Ryback and former WCW World Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg, or the not so obvious reflection of Shawn Michaels upon Dolph Ziggler’s branding. The proof is in the proverbial pudding unfortunately.

Conversely, Bray Wyatt is a superstar whose been cut from his own mold.  The wrestler who was formerly known as “Husky Harris” during his tenure in the Nexus faction, disappeared and re-emerged with a striking degree of depth.  Not since the respective debuts of The Undertaker, Kane, and Mankind have we seen such an enigmatic presence in the WWE.  Wyatt is simply good, scary good.  The unique trait that distinguishes Wyatt is the undeniable essence for which wrestling fans have longed, authenticity.  His in-ring psychology makes you wonder if he actually enjoys the facet of his personality, which he presents to the WWE Universe.  Bray fights like a man possessed.  He delivers each technique as he vehemently pummels his challengers.

Bray Wyatt is undoubtedly the man wrestling fans to need to feast their eyes upon.  He’s one of the few guys who can work a storyline that doesn’t involve chasing after gold, and still make a profound statement. At Wrestle mania XXX, Bray delivered a degree of shock and awe that could only be trumped by the “Dead Man” himself.  The on-stage voodoo ritual followed by a live recitation of his theme music was no less than bone-chilling. Bray is just one of those guys that make you feel uncomfortable in watching him in your own living room.  One might only wonder how Mr. Windham Lawrence Rotunda, son of Mike Rotunda aka The Irwin R. Schyster and nephew of the legendary Barry Windham took such an unconventional turn toward such a charismatic personality. Furthermore, we cannot discount the fact that his brother Taylor Rotunda, better known as Bo Dallas, is making quite the striking debut himself. Could we see a clash between the light and darkness within these two young frontrunners? Only time will tell.

The only guarantee of which we can be assured is that Bray Wyatt and his family (both in-ring and real life) will be dominating the WWE for the unforeseeable future.
