Baltimore Ravens: Trade proposal for Cyprien a must

Kendrick Lewis is being treated like royalty in Baltimore with his signing. Excuse me if I am not convinced that he is the fix we’re looking for. There is a reason this is his third team in his six years. Of course the bar was set pretty high by a certain “Ball-Hawk” who left some extremely big shoes to fill at the Free Safety Position.
With that said, any safety that has only had 9 Ints in 5 years is nothing to rollout the red carpet for.

Lewis is not the topic of this podcast, so I’ll just get right to it. There is a guy that is worth chasing after in Jacksonville that Ozzie Newsome should take a look at. Newsome missed out on this talented prospect two years ago in the 2013 NFL Draft. That guy is Mr. Jonathan Cyprien.

If the Baltimore Ravens are not going to re-sign Omar Brown and give him a chance to compete, they are truly missing out on something special as I previously mentioned here.

Furthermore, if they fail to go after a top-flight Safety prospect like Derron Smith out of Fresno State in this year’s Draft, then they really need to consider making a deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars for a guy that is clearly being misused in their Secondary. Tune in to the podcast above to see exactly what I am talking about.
