The Baltimore Ravens are on a short reprieve before the start of training camp.  We have looked at the team during OTAs and found that they are fast.  While speed is a nice attribute, strength and discipline are equally as important.  Discipline was one of the lacking qualities of the Defense last season and it definitely showed against the run.  It appeared the vaunted Defense of old had given up their number one principle “stop the run”.  Baltimore was ranked 11th in the league against the run.  For some teams, this is cause for a celebration; however, the Ravens for years have had a higher standard.
